If you have a domain and will use it for your mail service:- We add the domain to be used for mail to our server.
- A list of mail users is created in the MofficeSoft server, synced to be exactly the same as the list of existing mail users.

The host name and IP (A record) in the MX record of your DNS server will be changed to work with the MofficeSoft server.
Example: For a domain “yourcompany.com”, mail addresses may be expressed as “yourid@yourcompany.com”, and Mail/Collaboration Web application addresses as “office.yourcompany.com”.yourcompany MX office.yourcompany.com A IP address from MofficeSuite.com SPF “v=spf1 ip4:ip ip4:ip2 ~all" - After entering the Mail/Collaboration URL to an Internet browser and logging in, you can fetch mail from other accounts through IMAP/POP3 fetching.
When buying the new domain, you can add MofficeSoft DNS server information:

- MofficeSoft will setup your domain in the DNS server.
- Log into Web access URL through the postmaster(Mofficesoft administrator ID) account and add users.
Depending on the DNS' MX settings, setup may take anything from less than an hour to several days. If you requested a free trial for a secondary domain, setup will likely take less than an hour.
